| An IDR technician will come to your home and install the latest version of Microsoft® Windows or Apple operating system that best suits you and your computer. IDR will install all critical system updates. Software is not included.
If you do not have the software and need the IDR professional to bring the software you must tell the IDR representive when you schedule your appointment, so that we can inform the tech to bring this software to you.(there is a charge for the operating system itself.)
