Become A Member
The IDR Rewards Program membership is open to individual U.S. residents (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories) at least 13 years of age, who provide and maintain a valid e-mail address. Resellers may not participate in the Rewards program. Communications about the program, including any changes, will be communicated by e-mail or on IDRHOME.com. By joining the program, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age or older, and by using this program you agree that you have read and agree to these Program Rules. You specifically agree to provide and maintain a valid e-mail address and to keep IDR informed of any changes to your e-mail address. If you are between 13 and the age of majority (18 or 19 years old, depending on which state you reside in), you agree that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian to be a member of the program. Your membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your membership is valid only at Installations Done RIght retail store locations and at IDRHOME.com®. You begin to earn Points when you activate your account. You agree to receive operational communications about the program, as well as optional advertising and marketing material from Installations Done Right.
Installations Done RIght may, at any time, terminate or modify the Rewards program by posting the modified rules on IDRHOME.com.

Earn Points
As a member of the Rewards program you will earn 1 Point for every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases (see "Non-Qualifying Purchases" below) for purchases made at Installations Done Right. The points are automatically applied to every purchase you make with IDR.

Points will post to your Rewards account approximately 35 days from purchase date, delivery date or shipment date. Points are based on dollars spent on qualifying purchases. If an item is returned, Points will be deducted from your Rewards membership equal to the amount of Points earned for the applicable amount of that purchase. Points will be earned by only one Rewards membership per transaction. Membership Points and Reward Certificates have no cash value. You cannot give or transfer your membership card, Points or Reward Certificates to anyone else, except to the extent that IDR may permit you to transfer Points, as specified on IDRHOME.com. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.

Bonus Points are Points earned in addition to the standard earnings of 1 Point per $1 spent at Installations Done Right.

Earn Rewards
For every 250 Points you earn in the Rewards program, you will be eligible to receive a $5 Reward Certificate. Reward Certificates are coupons for discounts off future purchases at Installations Done Right, and may only be redeemed for a discount off purchase amounts equal to or greater than the sum of the Reward Certificate(s) presented for redemption, excluding "Non-Qualifying Redemptions" (see below). Reward Certificates are not transferable and may only be used by the member to whom issued. Reward Certificates will be e-mailed to you after reaching the Reward Certificate issuance level chosen. Reward Certificates may be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed the purchase amount. Unless noted otherwise on the Reward Certificate, each Reward Certificate will expire 180 days from the issuance date (360 days for platinum members), Reward Certificates have no cash value and no change will be given for Reward Certificate redemption. Reward Certificates may be used only once. Reward Certificates expire at 11:59 pm Eastern Time on the expiration date shown on the Reward Certificate.

Non-Qualifying Purchases
The following items are considered non-qualifying purchases for which Points will not be awarded: instant rebates and the value of mail-in rebates on purchases, purchases made for resale, purchases paid with a Reward Certificate or IDR Gift Card, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, service charges, restocking fees, commercial purchases, recycling fees, other excluded charges, and certain items that are excluded in particular promotions.

Rewards program Points will be earned on IDR Gift Card purchases but not on IDR Gift Card redemptions. IDR Gift Card purchases are excluded from all double, triple and similar Point promotions. All members will earn 1 Point for every $1 of IDR Gift Card purchases. Other exclusions may apply.

Non-Qualifying Redemptions
The following items are considered non-qualifying redemptions for which Reward Certificates may not be redeemed: prior purchases, purchase of IDR Gift Cards, purchases made for resale, payment on any IDR Credit Card or Rewards program Credit Card, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, service charges, restocking fees, recycling fees and commercial purchases. Other exclusions may apply.

Program Annualization
At the beginning of every calendar year, the Points in your account (except for Rewards Platinum members) will be issued as Reward Certificates down to the $5 level and any remaining Points balance will be forfeited. You will begin earning Points for the new calendar year on January 1. For example, if you have 300 Points, you will receive a $5 Reward Certificate (250 Points) and you will forfeit 50 Points.

Membership Expiration, Cancellation and Termination
Members (excluding Premier Platinum members) who have no qualifying Point activity during any continuous 12-month period, will automatically have their membership expire on the last day of the 12th month of membership inactivity and that membership will be inactivated.

Memberships may be canceled at any time by notifying Member Services by e-mail or phone. Cancellation may take from 6 to 8 weeks to finalize. Upon cancellation your membership will be inactivated.

If your membership expires, is canceled or otherwise inactivated, you will receive Reward Certificates down to the $5 level. Any remaining Points will be forfeited. For example, if you have 300 Points, you will receive a $5 Reward Certificate (250 Points) and you will forfeit 50 Points.

In situations involving misuse of the program, we specifically reserve the right to freeze related accounts and stop future redemption of Reward Certificates issued from those accounts. IDR reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason or no reason and at its sole discretion.

If at any time your Point balance becomes negative, we may immediately cancel or reverse any or all outstanding Points and Reward Certificates issued from your account. We may also terminate your Rewards program account.

Resellers
Resellers are specifically excluded from the program. If you purchase items for resale, we reserve the right not to award Points, and to deduct improperly awarded Points. We may publish a listing on IDRHOME.com that may show examples of purchases that we deem to be purchases for resale. If we do publish such a listing, we will treat those purchases as purchases made for resale, including deducting those Points, invalidating any improperly issued Reward Certificates, terminating the membership, and we may decline to open any future Rewards program account for people associated with such activity.

Member Communications
You may contact IDR at any time. Every time you make a purchase your updated points will be e-mailed to you within 72 hours. For information about your membership, contact Member Services with your member ID. You may contact us by e-mail info@installationsdoneright.com

General Program Information
The Rewards program is brought to you by Installations Done Right LLC. ("IDR"). IDR, the IDR logo, the tag design, IDRHOME.COM, and other logos and taglines are the intellectual property of Installations Done RIght LLC., licensed to IDR and others under controlled conditions. Program Rules are void where and to the extent prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law.

You agree that if you have a dispute with IDR about the program, you will try to resolve the dispute through negotiation with IDR. If agreement cannot be reached after negotiation, you agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration in the State of New York. The laws of the State of New York apply to this program and you agree that any claim related to the program will be brought in the State of New York.

Privacy Policy

Rewards program Premier Platinum Status
A Rewards program member qualifies for Premier Platinum status approximately 35 days after the member spends a total of $5,000 on qualifying purchases (see Non-Qualifying Purchases above) with IDR during a single calendar year. Any return within 30 days of purchase that makes total qualifying purchases less than $5000 may void Premier Platinum qualification. IDR may choose to confer the Premier Platinum status upon others based on certain purchase behaviors or other nondiscriminatory criteria (dates and benefits may vary for people who are invited to join). If you qualify for Premier Platinum status or if you are invited to join, we will notify you.

Premier Platinum members are subject to the same Program Rules that apply to Rewards program members. There are additional benefits offered for Platinum members.

Your status as a Premier Platinum member will begin when you qualify, will continue through the end of the following calendar year and will end on the last day of the following February. In any subsequent year, a Premier Platinum member requalifies for Premier Platinum status when the member spends a total $5,000 on qualifying purchases at IDR during that calendar year. Any member who spends over $100,000 with IDR over any 10 year time frame will remain at platinum status.

If a member does not requalify for Premier Platinum status in the second or subsequent year, Premier Platinum status will expire at the end of February in the third or subsequent calendar year and the member's Rewards program Premier Platinum membership will revert to a standard Rewards program membership. See Membership Expiration, Cancellation and Termination above for details about what happens when a standard Rewards program member does not have any qualifying point activity in a single calendar year.
Rewards program members with Premier Platinum status will receive ¼ Bonus Point for nearly every $1 spent at IDR.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Rewards program Premier Platinum status or its benefits at any time without notice. If we materially modify the Premier Platinum status qualification or benefits, we will notify you by e-mail and at IDRHOME.com/premier.html.
